The "Learn a Handstand" package

5 or 10 consecutive personal coachings

This package is perfect for you, if you want to master the kick-up into a well controlled free standing handstand.

Perfect for beginners or slightly experienced

Prerequisites

To ensure a good experience you should be able to hold a handstand against the wall for 15 seconds. If you can't, ask me for the right exercises :)
